Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony support us to establish and nurture a more harmonious relationship within ourselves. By practicing Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, we can connect to an inner strength and confidence that is rooted in direct experience, and therefore less dependent on outer circumstances. This offers us the ability to respond—rather than react—to outer circumstances, and to discover a natural resource of vitality and well-wishing for others.
We will learn Self-Breema exercises and partner bodywork, and establish a first-hand relationship to Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony that can help us deepen our understanding of ourselves and the meaning and purpose of our life on this Earth.
12 CE hours available: The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education credit through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB Provider #145251). $10 processing fee for CE paperwork.
Classes will be held outside, under an open tent. Participants are invited to camp on the property or stay in nearby accommodations. We will follow all local COVID guidelines.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions about this event. Contact the Breema Center.
