Learning to Relax
We can learn to relax into each moment, which helps us respond more harmoniously.
Sometimes, just getting through the day can be exhausting—especially when a forgotten password or getting lost in a phone tree loop derails everything. Reacting to those kind of events, we become physically tense, which can cause headaches, backaches and abdominal pain, not to mention the effect on our mind and feelings. If you’re already not feeling so great, even minor fears and anxieties can send you into a tailspin.
In Breema classes, we bring body, mind, and feelings into balance. Through bodywork exchanges and self-care exercises, we work with the principle of Body Comfortable, which then can be applied in our daily life. We learn to relax into each moment, which helps us respond more harmoniously. We become increasingly comfortable with others, and confident in our ability to navigate the situations life puts in front of us.
